UK250 Service Agreement

1. The agreement
1.1 UK250 Limited ("UK250") of 2, Alpha House, Farmer Ward Road, Kenilworth CV8 2ED prvide the UK250 listing service on the following terms and conditions set out below.

1.2 In consideration of the listing fee (see fee schedule), UK250 will include your website on the first page of the chosen category or categories on the UK250 website and the category specific website, for the period described in the fee schedule.

1.3 The order in which websites are listed within each category will be rotated regularly (usually daily), in such a way that each site will appear at the top of the page approximately one day in every twenty five (and similarly in evey other position from second to twenty fifth) one day in twenty five.

1.4 Listing fees are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Electronic VAT invoices will be issued on request and will not be required to send to you any other form of invoice. You agree to receive electronic invoices and are responsible for complying with all legal requirements in that respect, including without limitation, notifying HM Customs and Excise that you are receiving electronic invoices.

1.5 By clicking on the “Submit” on the site listing form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you and any third party on whose behalf you are using this website agree to be bound by the term of this Agreement.

2. Service standards

2.1 This service is provided without warranty. We will take due care to ensure the service remains on-line at all times but will not be held liable in the event of any service disruption however this is caused.

3. Applicable law

3.1 We are based in England. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. No effect will be given to any principle of conflict of laws. Notices Any notice required to be given to us can be given only by our receiving an e-mail or pre-paid letter at our contact address given on the Contact Us Page of our site.

3.2 The total limit of our liabilities under this agreement will not exceed the last payment made to UK250.

3.3 UK250 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or part of this Agreement at any time. We will notify you by email (to the email address you specified when you signed up) of any changes to this agreement. 4. Termination

4.1 This agreement is a subscription which will automatically be renewed unless cancelled by either party providing the other with at least seven days notice by email or paid post.

4.2 We can terminate this agreement at any time at our own discression by providing you with seven days notice by email of paid post. If we terminate this agreement you will be entitled ot a refund of any subscription fees paid in advance calculated on a pro-rata basis.

All fees are subscription based and we, where possible automatically renew the subscription upon its expiry.
The listing guidelines
Sites that do not meet these guidelines will not be listed and listing fees paid will be refunded after a deduction of £35 (to cover administrative costs).

Where a request to list a site in multiple categories is made, UK250 may reject individual categories, in these circumstances the fee will be recalculated based on the number of categories the site was actually listed in and if appropriate a refund of the difference between this cost and the amount paid will be made.

The decision of which sites to list at the sole discretion of UK250.
